We hand-fold each dumpling fresh daily, filling thin wrappers with a seasoned mix of ground chicken, ginger, garlic, spring onion, and warming spices. After a quick steam to set the filling, they are plunged into hot oil until the skin blisters and crisps into a shatteringly golden shell. Served with our house-made tomato-sesame johl dipping sauce — a fiery, aromatic condiment that ties the whole dish together.

Every momo is folded by hand each morning. We do not use frozen dumplings — freshness is non-negotiable.

Our tomato-sesame johl is ground fresh — roasted tomatoes, sesame seeds, dried chillies, and spices blended into a deeply flavourful dipping sauce.
