Our Chilli Garlic Paneer Noodles bring the heat and the heart. Thick egg noodles are wok-tossed with crispy golden paneer cubes, sliced fresh green chillies, and an avalanche of toasted garlic in a rich Indo-Chinese sauce. The paneer caramelises in the wok heat, picking up a lightly charred crust while staying creamy inside. It is a deeply satisfying dish that captures the essence of Indo-Chinese street cooking — loud, fragrant, and unmistakably good.

Is this dish vegetarian?
Yes — it contains paneer (dairy) and egg noodles, so it is lacto-ovo vegetarian.
How spicy is it?
Medium-hot by default from the fresh chillies and house chilli sauce. You can request mild and we will reduce the chilli.
Can I substitute the egg noodles for rice noodles?
We currently only prepare this dish with egg noodles. For a gluten-free noodle option please ask your server.
Is there a vegan version?
The dish uses paneer (dairy). We do not currently offer a vegan substitute for the paneer in this dish.
